Extract from a back-to-school diary
We can throw a ball
But not catch it
We can take in water
But no school bag
We can choose three friends
Or maybe four
To play in one square
For the rest of the term
On PE days
We stay in our kit
All day
Whatever the weather
We can kick a ball
But not hold it
We take it in turns
In the football square
